All Transcription Types: New clients will be supplied with fixed pricing before any charges are incurred. If audio recording is not provided by Brismedia a sample of client audio may be requested and required to do this.
Medical Transcription: Pricing is calculated using a per line rate. Each document is rounded up to the nearest line. Lines are defined as being 65 char including spaces (white space and client supplied template/header/footer information are not included) which is an international standard.
General Transcription: This is priced at a per audio minute rate, rounded up to the nearest minute. Why charge by Audio Minute? Because that is the most efficient and effective way to offer you a cost that says what it does by the exact Audio Minute giving you exactly what you should pay for.
Verbatim/Transcription of meetings and conferences: A sample of audio is required prior to pricing or detailed information including the number of participants likely to be recorded, the audio quality (we accept tapes, CD, DVD and digital) and whether verbatim documents are required. Time stamps can be included at regular intervals throughout the document and speakers’ names can be included in the margins, if required. (conditions apply)
